1 – RETURN AND REFUND
We understand that it may be difficult to judge if an item is a good fit when purchasing online. Therefore, we happily accept returns for refunds or exchanges within 7 days of you receiving the item. You will have to send the item back to us with tracking. However, some items do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange. Please read our full refund policy.
1.1 – ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING
If any item arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace the item. However, if it is a custom or one-of-a-kind item, we will repair it instead.
