Processing times

1 to 2 days. This is the time I take to craft your beautiful piece.

Estimated delivery times

• United States: 3-7 business days
• Canada: 5-21 business days
• Europe: 10-21 business days
• Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 10-21 business days
• Asia Pacific: 10-21 business days

I'll do my best to meet these delivery estimates, but I cannot guarantee them. Expedited shipping services are available at checkout.

Customs and import taxes

You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. I cannot issue a refund if you do not pick up the package from customs before the package is returned to me.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges

To initiate your returns:

Please email me at hello@irresistiblyminimal.com within 7 days of delivery, and please send the items back within 14 days of delivery. The returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (regular mail with tracking) for returning your item.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged, but they qualify for my complementary resizing service

Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

• Made-to-order, custom or personalized orders
• Items on sale (Both on-site sales and coupons)

Complementary resizing service

If the item does not fit, please contact me at resizing@irresistiblyminimal.com for my complementary resizing service. The resizing service is complementary for a maximum of 1 use per item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs (regular mail with tracking) for sending your item to be resized. Once resized, I'll ship the item back to you with no extra cost to you.

Refunds (if applicable)

When your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 to 7 business days. All refunds are subjected to a USD9.50 restocking fee per item.

Exchanges (if applicable)

When your item is processed, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item, and confirm with you what you would like to exchange it with.
